Over the long weekend, I went away with the family and while driving in the country we got some waves from other Territory owners passing us in the opposite direction. The kids loved it and started looking out for Territory's so as to be the first to wave.
Might have to start up a Ford Territory Club :wink_2: us Terri owners have got to stick together. :1syellow1

I considered doing it at the beginning but when sales started to take off like a Bondi tram I realised I could end up developing royalty-style RSI so I play it cool. Did exchange first wave last weekend though (the other driver did it first). I notice Terri drivers gawp at each other though - probably explains the popularity of the tinted windows. I do chat to other owners in carparks etc though to see if they have these terrible problems we see on these forums, but to the contrary they are all over the moon about the car. johnydep are you going to volunteer to be honorary secretary of a club with tens of thousands of members? Good luck! (Try forming an Adventra enthusiasts club - you've already designed the logo I see!)

:jester: With 30,000+ new owners a year you are going to have a sore arm real quick. They'll be as common as Magna's within a year or two.
So.. great idea but awfully impractical in some parts of Sydney. You'd be driving with one hand on the wheel and the other permanently waving.

Yeah, that could be a hard one to explain to the Doc.

I'm guilty of that as well :yeees:

Sounds like a full time job, doesn't it.

I've thought about it, but the hate mail with mysterious lion prints is sparking warning signals in my head :jester:

Sounds like a new Ford advertising campaign, "Make the world smile, buy a Territory" :wavey:
Guilty too. Though due to there popularity I have now limited waves only to other colour coded Indiana Terri's or someone else who waves first.
I have turned my 10y/o daughter into a Terri spotter too (which annoys 8y/o son) and am now teaching them the finer points of model differentiation (TX, TS or GHIA)
I'm up to be a foundation member if someone get a club off the ground.
