Option info please

Hi folks, new to the forum and now that the Territory dream is getting closer to reality, I have a couple of questions.
My intention is to dress up a TX RWD. Other than the extra cost what does the body style kit offer over body coloured bumpers? I dont hear of anyone mentioning the kit, keen to know what it might look like. Also I was hoping to take the tyres off the steel rims and fit them onto alloys of my choice. As a product do the Ford alloys represent good value as an option? They look a bit plain to me.
Finally, I realise that there is a wait for Territories, especially for optioned up models; how long have you had to wait? Thanks.

It consists of extra body moulds for the lower corners, vaguely XR style. I personally don't like it.

Swapping tyres is a valid option but not sure there are too many alloy wheels on the market of the correct size, offset and most importantly load rating for the Terri. At least with the factory options you know you'll have no trouble with legalities or insurance.

Not sure about value, I got the Ghia. I've seen some Terri's with nice looking polished rims, but they have been 18 inch.

Got mine last year, I was told 8 weeks but got in about 6.
