REMEDY:
Call the 13 something phone number and it will be fixed free under warrenty. The warrenty is for 5 years on corrosion. Even if you have a 3 year warrenty.

Is that 5 years from the build date, or date of initial purchase? Does that warranty pass over to second and/or third owners?
