I agree with KenW.
We get an incomplete fault description that has been quickly written down by the service advisor as the customer chose not to tell them over the phone when it was booked in or bothered to ring in and add the issue to the repair order prior to coming in. Anyway, then the owner gets the price of the repairs and takes the cheap (not fully repaired) way out. When the fault comes back its the dealers fault!
