Steffo... who's wallets are getting fattened by import duties?
The money collected from duties, tariffs and taxes goes back to us (aussie citizens) either directly as benefits or indirectly as infrastructure and services.
If you removed the import tariffs you'd remove an revenue stream forcing the govt to increase taxes somewhere else, somewhere probably more likely to effect
our pockets than luxury vehicles not to mention killing off our local car industry....
They are there for a very good reason, if it means that E63 it too expensive so be it.
