Sorry mate i can only tell you what i know and i am not always right.
The AP Racing 4 pot calipers (CP6600 or CP5200) are designed to suit 300mm up to 330mm rotors and trying to fit them over a 360mm rotor would cause radius issues and the caliper would have to have spacers fitted to fit over the thicker disc as they are designed for 28mm and 30mm thicknesses.
