Another tragic loss of lives.
It's easy to point the finger after the fact but much harder to prevent crazy actions in the first place.
It's a shame that a few bad apples have no self control behind the wheel, now other P platers suffer the stigma.
Maybe the solution is changing these kids and their friends' minds about driving like idiots,
all the rules in the world are useless without the self discipline to obey them.
