Hi guys, i dont fequent these parts of the forums but my girlfriend has an 07 focus and the windscreen was leaking.
This got fixed but she was still complaining about a smell and condensation on the inside of the windows.
So i checked under the carpet and its still wet.
Im thinking i will take out the front seats and the carpet, get some new underlay and dry the carpet properly (this happened in my old panelvan and the floors susted out before i noticed :( )

So i would like to know if i might run into any complications in the process?
ie: carpet fixed down in funny places, things breaking trying to remove them.
also if its worth drying out the underlay or will it be ruined?

Any tips or advice would be much appreciated and would help save me time so my girlfriend isn't without car for too long.
