I have an Ipod Mini which is connected up and which I leave in the glovebox all the time. Attached to the Ipod Mini is a Griffin Airclick RF remote receiver that allows me to stop,pause,skip,fast forward and turn off the Ipod via a small remote that I leave in the cetntral dash. This is perfect for me as no one knows that I even have an ipod attached yet I still have full control over it. Every few days I take the Ipod out of the glove box , charge it up put a few new songs on and put it back inside it's little home.
