As the Zetec is currently $21,290 drive away in Victoria on Fords website, and $25,990 on the NZ website it puts the ST at the 30K mark.

Yeah currently $35,000NZD = $29,417AUD.

My friendly salesman told me when he asked FoMoCo if the ST would come under $30k they girl on the other end of the line just laughed at him.

So yeah I'm thinking it's gonna come in at around that price. Maybe $28k RRP, but I doubt it.

My feeling of "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY" is somewhat waning now. Since release is so close I'll wait and see how the ST performs before I decide where to put my $30k towards.
