The anecdotal evidence from halfway across the world surely paints a very strong picture of guilt. But as mentioned the local justice system is best placed to piece together the truth from stories which may be different to the media reporting.
However even if the weight of evidence proves guilt the South African justice system, like so many even our own is open to abuses, irergularities and pure madness. Like OJ simpson, Lindy chamberlain and many others I am sure the weight of public opinion, their 'status' as celebrity and/or financial position will come into play in the end.
despite the outcome the actions which lead to this event have ruined many peoples lives, and for the grace of fate goes us.
