Is there any changes been made? Like a 3" exhaust for instance? Or is it still stock standard?
The only time it comes on in a standard car is if the
MAF or MAP sensors are dirty or the other common fault with 2010 5's is front wheel bearings or speed sensor brackets. But they usually bring up the
ABS light too. Plus you'll hear a crunching/grinding sound.
Occasionally an O2 sensor will fail, but that's usually on much older cars.
Best find out the error code first. Alternatively there is a XR5 forum.
