Even a bit of fried left over vegetables mashed up together is unreal , some call it Bubble and Squeak is not a bad snack either ...GOOD OLD HOME MADE BEEF OR LAMB STEW RULES THOUGH..
I love left over stew (meat or chicken) topped with garlic mash, wrapped in puff pastry baked until golden brown, yumm very nice Roddy, have a crack at that mate!!
