I went ages before I laid eyes on a new Commodore...Saw way more Mustangs before my first close up look at one which was a station wagon .
Over recent months though I've spotted quite a few. Got passed by one today actually . I don't mind them at all to be honest but would I buy one if I was rich enough to do so ?.
Probably not .
Quite apart from the blue Ford blood that runs in my veins and a desire to look at a Mustang at some time in the future there is the uncertain future with all the buy outs and carrying on that has the GMH mob most likely wondering where or if the can continue .
Who knows if the current Commodore even has a defined future at all and with uncertainty about the company's survival , even that most recognized nameplate (commodore) could ultimately suffer .
I hope not.. It's all kind of sad if you ask me if Holden actually collapses .
