My FPV ownership experience wasn’t exactly cheap. Bremont brakes / rotors, Michelin tyres , O-40 oil at $90.00 with $35.00 filters. If you buckle or rash a wheel they were $1200 each from Ford. Try sourcing a front or rear FPV bar for less than 6K each complete but unpainted.... milkshaked ZF ? $$$$

Cost of repairs and maintenance gap has closed a lot between a lot marques these days. Price to pay for wanting every gizmo as an option.
Here we are complaining about cost of running expensive cars yet we drive FPVs In saying that there is a plethora of alternative and aftermarket parts available other than factory for them which can buffer out some of those maintenance costs. My F6 experience was somewhat positive except living 400+km away from specialists and tuners.

I hope in the near future we see some nice aftermarket parts for stinger and the likes. Might make them a little more appealing.
