I sure hope that it is at least something being considered but if it were commercially viable they'd already be doing it same as a lot of things.
Just as China would **** off our iron ore tomorrow if it were that easy.
How this spat plays out might change a few things but they are actually paying more for coal at the moment which is just to stick it to us so never rule anything out I reckon.
