Heh.. reminds me of the time when a P plater ran up my rear end when I was stopped at a red. He had the nerve to yell at me for "not moving when I saw him coming".

I reported it to my insurance and the repair for a total repaint of the bumper was 800 bucks,
Take it up with the insurance I say. You pay them every year and very rarely use their services. Its not your fault so only good can come of it.
