to be honest you may loose a few grand in tax dependant on your other income over those few years, but combine this with the first home owners grant and you could probably throw $90,000 on a house, which would probably be 25% of a pretty good house down in the gong?
In retrospect the value of the GT-P in three years will probably be $40,600, five years probably $28,000.
otherwise insurance and fuel will be a killer for a 20 year old.
