My brother in law works night shift. Where he works, he goes to the main depot, goes off from the depot and is out on the road all night. So he had just arrived back at the depot and he was alone. No other work mates around. We figure these two characters that stole his car were casing the joint, saw that he was alone and jumped into action. They got their hands on his car keys, thankfully not his house keys as he keeps his house keys on a separate keyring (he doesn't like putting too much weight on his ignition). At the time he thought he heard something, but figured it was one of the other guys arriving at work but no two scum taking off in his car. As we said to him, he was probably pretty lucky in some respects. As these two characters have such a serious record we said lucky they didn't come at you, they could have beat you to a pulp or worse.
