Update on Sync3 version 3.4. Drove the car several times today and didn't have maps. System said I had to contact Ford Dealer. Anyway, big surprise - after about 5 hours after the update, the maps have suddenly appeared on the system! Will monitor its operation over the next few days and see how it goes.
