Hi cobrin,
The Haynes manual (2012) covers Apr 2007 to 2012, the MB I think started Jan 2009. Looking at the manual, separate information is given for
emissions stages III, IV and V. Not sure how this relates to the MA, MB, MC.
I got a copy from the Book Depository a couple of years ago but it is currently unavailable there. The Haynes manual
covers the AWF21 transmission only.
