Naturally if they were in a hot spot etc then thats different, they were, but it was lifted some time ago.

We need to work with the virus and continue as normal as much as possible.
But did you stay away from other people who might have been in said Hotspots, (you couldn't possibly know that) thats the thing, we do not know where others have come from or lied about where they have been.

Remember at the time they closed the Vic border to NSW, all of NSW was considered a hotspot.
