"Victoria Police say the Nissan X-Trail was parked on the side of the Bellarine Highway just before 9pm when a person approached the vehicle, smashing the windows with a metal rod and slashing all four tyres.
It’s understood the operator, who was inside the car at the time, was able to drive away to safety without injury."
The driver should have been changed with driving an unroadworthy vehicle!
