be careful messing around with the timing chain tensioner .
you need that special 2 prong tool to do it up(releasing the the tensioner itself with the alum key and that) .if you just do it up by the centre bolt as in UK's pic 10 ,be very careful not to over tighten it.if you wind that in it will over tension your timing chain and you'l chew your guide out !!
i learn't the hard way a few years back.
