Great move, the warranty experience and quality of work needs to be addressed to finish the experience off.
No good having the car serviced in the driveway if dealer still tells you the problem you have proven is still there, or told "they all do that" and the mechanic still doesn't know what he's doing...
A for effort, but seriously - pull the dealers into line.
