The service advisor that helps me each time is good, knows me, and knows what is going on with my car. Also with my AU and BA that was also serviced with them, but they were different dealership owners and management then.
I'd like to hear their side of the story too, I've got paperwork from both Essendon and Sunbury Ford, who both replaced the same part supposedly, and it was only after Essendon Ford got the car that they fixed the fuel leak problem.
