I don't believe it'll be plug and play without a few problems (some small some larger), the odometer will be different may require programming to correct. The RPM gauge has a higher redline limit being a petrol over the Zetec Diesel and I'm not sure if it will function as you'd expect. Lastly The GEM may through a fit and show an error on the dash, again may be able to program it out but that's not been the case on some other people that have swapped in the past.
