These are the normal factory position mounting points - parcel shelf and wheel arch as per whooligan.....since 1969.
Early cars may not have had belts fitted to the rear, but the mounting points were there.
Send me your email and I'll send you some pages from the FordOZ manual (with a pic!!) showing wheel arch mounting point.
