As soon as mine has done 3000k's, I'll put in some castrol edge 5w 30 and a good filter. I'm still shocked to find that they expect the initial oil fill to last till 15,000k's in a new engine. I might be showing my age but all new cars I've ever had before this one ( and I've had a lot) had first oil changes of between 1000k,s to 1500k,s.
