Centre console cup holder bezel

Hello everyone. My centre console cup holder silver bezel has the silver covering peeling off. I have tried getting a new one at the local Ford dealer spare parts however they do not sell that part separately (it comes with the centre console). I have looked on eBay etc and can't find any.
I was wondering if anyone of here might know where to find one, or if there is a way to have the silver reapplied?
