Forgot to say also... The Taurus paddles are +/- on both sides of the wheel.
Push away with your thumb (either side) and it downshifts... pull towards you with your fingers, and it upshifts. Doesn't matter where the wheel is rotated when you need to do it... no confusion ! (very good for an old bloke like me )

I have also added a feature where if you flick + and - paddles at the same time... it put's the box back into Sports Auto. So... you have manual and sports auto on demand, at the wheel (on mine, the auto stick must be in sports auto position for the system to operate)
