GST is payable on all goods imported no matter the value, or your ABN or non ABN status there is no getting out of it.
It used to be items under $1000 there was no GST, now it does not matter if the item is $1, you pay the .10c.
Like others have stated, pay the GST and claim if its related to your business.
Just remember even though they are car parts, you may have to also pay import duty.
