Hi all, it was suggested that I raise my issue here in the Mondeo forum as well and seek input from those who might have seen similar, and this seemed like a relevant thread rather than starting yet another powershift problems thread.

I have a 2013 Kuga TDCi 2.0 120kw with powershift (same drivetrain afaik), and in the last couple of weeks, it's started making noises like gears clashing immediately after changing up into 3rd and 4th (but no other gears). At a constant speed the revs are also flaring - just noticeably on the tacho on flat ground, but up to 200rpm difference uphill/under load.

The dealer had it for a day last week, tried some software updates and also pulled an error code from the AWD system (I wasn't told what it was). It's booked in tomorrow for further investigation, for 'up to a week'. Has anyone had similar issues, or got any thoughts? Thankfully it's got a couple months warranty left on it. Cheers.
