10 years is nothing in a political context,

Afghanistan War is still going and thats been on for 18 years now, NBN was announced in 2007 and its still not finished and that was 12 years ago.

If the Government can't get fast internet to some of the population within 10 years they've got no hope of overhauling power infrastructure.

I'm not sure what Australia you live in bro but its different from my Australia thats for sure.
