There was a crash around the corner from my house last night. Myself and the cars nearby proceed past at about 27km/h
Legally we could have done 50, but due to the conditions we didn't. I find that the majority of people do a reasonable speed past crashes. If anything people go too slow to have a look rather than too fast.
I hope NSW doesn't follow with the nanny state rules.
