I can't believe it it's happened again two years in a row what are the odds.

the only lead we have is a pile of animal droppings believed to be reindeer poop on the front lawn.
and neighbours say they saw a weird looking fellow cruising the streets in a firetruck late yesterday arvo, hypnotising the young with loud music and lollies.
we have a sketch of the bloke we are looking for
he was also descirbed as short ,overweight and jolly.
any info on this character would be appreciated as I wish to discuss the missing beer
