The Rover's drive system wasn't happy the last few times I have used it, binding and grinding sounded like an expensive repair was on the cards. I decided I would try some graphite lube on the gears inside the wheels before sending it to the shop. Success!
Not sure how long it will last but it has bought me some more time.
