And you think if the 8 capital cities have an average price of $532,000 and they contain a vast majority of the housing stock in Australia (and it could be adjusted a little due to higher average prices in mining towns, but lower prices in small country towns), then you would safely assume that $500,000 is a fair call. And you wouldnt even contemplate highlighting that someone can still buy a house for $200,000 because its not an "AVERAGE"
Wow - and here I was thinking we were talking about 2nd hand cars....... ;)
