I got mine changed at the dealer last service. $28 or something for the pair. Apparently they just rip the rubber bit out that comes into contact with the windscreen and replace that, not the entire arm bit.
I was pleasantly surprised considering I expected to be gouged like $100 or something.
When I said to the service advisor bloke that I expected they would have to change the whole arm bit he did say something about having to do that on older models but on mine they changed it to just the actual blade part can be removed/replaced.
EDIT - if its any help, here's what was on my last service invoice for the blades:
FOAWV1922FM - Refill Wiper Blade - Qty 1 - $14.78 (I THINK that Qty 1 means a pair in this case for the front)
NGW21 - Rear Blade - Qty 1 - $19.11
Maybe if people run those part numbers by Ford dealer they may be able to confirm whether they can use genuine Ford parts at a fraction of the price of Supercheap etc?
