Im embarrased to say ......... at xmas time i fell off the wagon and enjoyed myself too much ( i love my food ), and did put a fair bit of that back on, but climbing back on the wagon this week,
i think its tougher to be 100% commited when you have given up most of your other worldly pleasures
old age sucks(smoking and drinking ) , but we must keep trying
