Looks like it may have been raced with the mods it has.
Besides the obvious engine/carby changes the change in postion of the top of the front struts. This is normally done to get more neg.camber.
Maybe not full on but club sprints or hillclimbs ?? Any signs a rollcage may have been fitted.
