I am old school and thought amount of O2 + fuel plus combustion in internal engine is directly proportionate to power.
So bigger valves and bigger cam etc allows more air into engine for more power, but with greater air need to have fuel added to give the bang.
Perhaps all the other tuners have been snakeskin oil upselling need for bigger injectors and fuel pumps to reach more power and 7000 revs when the oem pump and injectors sufficient for 7000 revs with correct tunning
