If a few can get together with proof then maybe approach Just Cars and ask if they would consider refusing his adverts. Maybe they have had some problems getting paid at times and may put some pressure on. Doubt it but worth a try. It also gets your story out more. Can I also suggest Product Review website. I am not sure if u can review services on the site but again worth a look. Keep putting the pressure on. Plenty will suggest A Current Affair but they are very hit and miss.
