The arrow indicates the bonded rubber ring. This is a Dayco balancer for the AU six.


You should make a clear, straight line, paint mark that starts from the metal inside this rubber ring and crosses it to the outer metal part.

After the car has run and squealed a bit, see if the mark is unchanged.
