18 inch wheels

I haven't been on for a while. Has anyone put 18 inch wheels on there FiST?
What would (if any) would be the issue with 18" wheels with 40 profile wheels?
I know the speedo reading will change but is there any issues with gearbox, suspension or other that need to be considered?
