Granada 3lt box is a Ford Type 5 (uprated Type E style IIRC), Capri Mk1 usually side linkage Type F (tho later ones went Ford Type 5 poss. around 73/74 -RS3100 era)
Halfway thru doing this conversion myself.
Try the usual classic Ford specialists like Yesterford and others.
