Good on you .. Just remember PAY mortgage first and be careful spending on doing it up too much.. Get settled and use to paying mortgage .. I have seen too many people loose everything...
House first.. white goods, car, renovations last...Paint and tidy up and general maintenance is good value...
IMO you are buying at the right time...
Though there are tough times ahead. I think we are at its peak though!!!
