Check your book for the specification and I guess you could then check the specs of the tranny fluid. I guess they'd match if it were okay?

Yep that is avalible at my local auto barn, ford specific stuff or something like that, only 10 bucks so i dont complain

Posted by Xcabbi, Does it slap or rattle? Rattle is more to do with timing chains and tensioners. Slap is more to do with lifters, rings, bearings or GENIII boat anchors
