, we still get the paper bill even though I have a DOT account and can see rego status of the fleet online

I think it was 2007 when they privatised the vehicle inspection centres, inspections went from $40 for 2 inspections to being $160 for 1 now, wont be long and all the mundane tasks will be in the private sector to be exploited for profit.
