Yes.
Whos shipping it? If DHL expect the phonecall about them holding it hostage and wanting GST and fees.
If other companies and the value isn't declared then you might get lucky. I've never bought anything over $1k so don't know your chances. But anything under $1k with ups, fedex or USPS I've just never been charged.
